KURU BAKLAVA

Kuru Baklava is our simplest pistachio Baklava, with a thicker fluid syrup as normally used it is lighter than the usual. The filling is a rich pistachio mark.
Durable: Coolly and drying stored up to 30 days enjoyable.
Contents: Sugar, water, wheat flour, butter fat, pistachio mark, wheat strength, eggs and salt.

KARE BAKLAVA

Kare Baklava is one of our largest pistachios Baklavas. With 30 layers of pastery it is a Baklava with small pastery proportion. The pistachio filling is enriched with roughly chopped pistachios and backed with 170 degrees heat for 45 minutes.

WALNUSS BAKLAVA

Our walnut Baklava is made with more than 40 layers of pastery. The layer in between is filledwith fresh harvest,chopped walnuts.

ŞÖBİYET

Şöbiyet is 13 layer pasteery bag, stuffed with pistachio marks in a semolina cream filling. Baked in 170 degrees.Şöbiyet has to be eaten fresh.

DÜRÜM

Pistachios Dürüm is a Baklavasort made with 90% pistachio marks . The Sweetness is lighter compared with normal Baklava.

SARMA

Sarma is wrapped, 3 layers pastery with a lot of pistachio mark and and sweetend in good balance- not too sweet and not to dry.

PISTACHIO MARK

Pistachio Mark is made out from Pistachios and sugar,well blended and rolled out in small sticks.

KADAYIF

A kadayif pastry is made by putting down a layer of wire kadaif, then a layer of a filling of chopped pistachios, then another layer of wire kadayif. The pastries are painted with melted butter, golden brown baked, then drenched in sugar syrup.

HAVUÇ DİLİMİ
